Illness Sickness started out as an extended jam session in an underground room in Beijing in 2011. We changed drummers a few times and added a cello along the way and slowly found a sound. We wanted to write different music and the result of all this effort, we hope, is a good mixture of many different genres.
This EP was recorded in bedrooms and living rooms over a couple of months in mid 2013.
